Standard Wedding Service

Our standard service includes:

  • 2 x 1 hour sets of lively, energetic music guaranteed to get everyone at your event up and dancing!
  • Professional level equipment and PA
  • Stage lighting – providing a professional look for your band
  • Huge repertoire of material from 1950’s to the present day
  • Background music before our set, during the interval and after we play

Additional Upgrade options

 Here are our upgrade options for wedding parties:

  • 1 AM Finish
  • Acoustic Packages – various options of ‘Live Lounge’ style sets are a great way to add a relaxed feeling to your drinks receptions
  • Solo Pianist – available to perform various genres, and add a touch of class to your event
  • Instrumental Jazz Trio – a perfect addition to add a unique twist to your after dinner proceedings
  • DJ Service - Includes tablet (with vast amount of popular songs from all eras); Band member manning/ making basic announcements/ taking requests

Question or Concerns

 

Once you’ve decided we’re the right band for your event, you will have a dedicated event coordinator at our agency Alive Network who will be on hand to liaise with you on any issues, questions or concerns. We’ll be in touch around 3 weeks before your event to run through the details and finalise any last minute arrangements.

 

What We'll Do At Your Wedding


Arrival, Set Up & Soundcheck

The Colts will arrive in plenty of time to setup before your evening proceedings. We liaise closely with each event organiser/venue manager to make sure that everything runs as smoothly as is possible. We will not impact on your day until we perform! We use modern professional equipment meaning that setup is quick, with minimal fuss; we don’t need to make excessive noise and need hours of sound checks.

After Set Up

After The Colts have set up, they will play background music through the PA system – providing a effortless transition between the main day and the evening of your event.

First Live Set & Your First Dance

The Colts tend to play 2, 1 hour sets - the first usually starting with your first dance - although these details can be negotiated for specific events. Their sets are tight and energetic, and they respond to the audience.

Timings of the set(s) will be arranged specifically for each event – it's no good having a band like The Colts play whilst food is being served!

Second Live Set & End of the Night

The Colts standard offering involves finishing by midnight – but again, they negotiate specific timings with each specific event.

After the end of the 2nd set we can either supply our additional DJ set, or play background music through their PA whilst we quietly and unobtrusively pack away.
